www.laramieboomerang.com/articles/2011/04/02/news/doc4d96a43d2ab79655793581.txtUniversity of Wyoming student K. Michael Richards was arrested around 6:20 p.m. Thursday in front of the Arts and Sciences Auditorium by the UW Police Department and was charged with police resisting, also know as interference, Chief Troy Lane said. Richards was protesting with other UW students, which was perfectly fine, Lane said. Problems arose when Richards, who was wearing an empty holster on his right hip, refused to be searched. “(Officers) asked if they could search him for a weapon, and even offered to take him away from the rest of the crowd so he wouldn’t be embarrassed by that, but he refused,” Lane said. “They asked him several times if they could do that, and he continued to refuse, so at that point they asked him to leave for the evening, and he refused to do that as well. This went back and forth several times until they finally decided that there was no sense in continuing the argument, so he was arrested.” Firearms are not permitted on the UW campus.

K. is a TRT member and has taken on the issue of conceal carry on campus at the University of Wyoimng. The UW copscum have arrested him for the carry of an open holster on campus. I noticee the loaded guns on the belts of the cop thugs who are arrested K.
Gun grabbers at UW now want to ban K. from campus for wearing an empty holster. Bad enough that these fascists want to prevent people from defending themselves they now want to ban human beings that have been deemed to be politically incorrect.

K has been to court and entered a not guilty plea in Laramie municipal court. He was charged with the crime of 'interference with a copscum investigation' and K has a lawyer.
To date K has recieved NO support from any of the other gun rights organizations and all the TRT has done so far is to inform other gun rights organizations, little good it did us.
I did drop a dime to several state legislatures who are looking into it and they are working to rectify the problem.
I contacted the AP news service and a certian reporter is on it. I also contacted the Wyoming Liberty Group and Charles Curley is on it.
I will conintue to communicate with K and post the updates here.
I hope that SAF and Gottlieb do a story on this case.

I did talk with a Susan Widell of the UW prez office . Here is what she had to say.
"We don't know who Mr. Richards is."
"We've never heard of Students for Conceal Carry on Campus." ... "We had no idea that Mr. Richards was wearing an empty holster to protest anything."
"The UW police had 'reasonable suspicion' to believe that Mr. Richards was carrying a loaded weapon." In his empty holster? In his shorts?
"We thought that the empty holster protest was just for one week and that it was over with."
Widell was on a fishing expedition and the only reason she bothered returned my call. The prez knows he's in deep doo doo.
Of course they all know K and what he was doing. UW ain't a big univeristy and Laramie ain't a big city and everyone there knows about K and what he's doing and why he's doing it.
